Square One Launches New Architectural Service
I'm pleased to announce that we are now offering an architectural service in conjunction with Tom Britton. I wanted to expand our services list and have found a local architect that fits the bill.
Tom is a qualified architectural designer with over 7 years professional experience in the preparation of drawings and documents for a range of construction project types. Tom's experience includes loft conversions, 1 and 2 storey house extensions, kitchens, garden rooms, and flat conversions, all within the Sussex area.
Design services include:
1. Consultation & formulation of brief (free service).
2. Measured survey & sketch design.
3. Planning drawings & application documents (will log and monitor application on behalf of client).
4. Detailed design drawings & building regulations application.
5. Referral to builders to obtain quotes for building works.
